The NFL schedule was fully released yesterday, and the Cowboys can now look ahead to what will stand in their way as they attempt to win the division for the second consecutive season.
If you have been paying any attention to social media, you should know that the only thing people are talking about is how soft the Cowboys schedule is, tied with the Commanders for the easiest in football.

Nonetheless, following their 12-5 finish a season ago, Dallas once again has a handful of primetime games, but here are five games that should have your attention more than others.
** All times listed are Central Time.
5. Week 4 vs Washington Commanders
Sunday, October 2nd, 12:00 p.m. (FOX)
Carson Wentz returns to Dallas in week four to take on the Cowboys. Wentz is now with his third team in as many years and will look to rebound after spending just one season in Indianapolis. Prescott is 9-and-1 against Washington in his career. The return of Wentz should not hinder that success.
4. Week 8 vs Chicago Bears
Sunday, October 30th, 12:00 p.m. (FOX)
With the bye week looming, this is a game you can not afford to lose. The Cowboys’ last meeting against the Bears was a 31-24 defeat in Chicago on Thursday Night Football. As a fan from the midwest, I don’t get to attend games often, but I was there. This will be a battle between Justin Fields and Prescott. The Cowboys should come out on top.
3. Week 6 @ Philadelphia Eagles
Sunday, October 16th, 7:20 p.m. (NBC)
Dallas will play its first game on the road this season against the Eagles in week six. Philadelphia had a solid off-season, and it will be the first time the Cowboys will go against new acquisition wide receiver A.J. Brown. Many have already penciled the Eagles to win the division. The reason behind that could be that no team has been able to muster back-to-back crowns in nearly 20 years.
2. Week 5 @ Los Angeles Rams
Sunday, October 9th, 3:25 p.m. (FOX)
Dallas will have a chance to make a statement early in the season when they go on the road week five to take on the defending Super Bowl champions. With the additions of Allen Robinson and Bobby Wagner, the Cowboys could silence a lot of critics early in the year.
1. Week 10 @ Green Bay Packers
Sunday, November 13th, 3:25 p.m. (FOX)
With the return of Mike McCarthy, his first matchup against his former team since he was fired in 2018, everyone knows how dominant the Packers have been over the Cowboys. Since 2016, the Packers are 3-and-1 against Dallas. Those three losses have come by a combined 17 points, Prescott has played very well against Green Bay in his career, and I expect this game to be one of the most-watched during the 2022 NFL season.
