For much of the middle of last decade, the most stable thing about the Dallas Cowboys was their offensive line. Tyron Smith, Zack Martin, and Travis Frederick. Three of the best in the league at what they did, and each on the starting line for Dallas.

Heading into this next decade, though, injuries and retirement have plagued this Cowboys offensive line. They are looking for some new blood at a couple of key positions. And from the looks of it so far, they’ve found their center for the future.

Former Wisconsin standout center Tyler Biadasz was thrust into the starting center role this season when veteran Joe Looney went out due to injury, and he’s not letting go of the role anytime soon.

This week, Biadasz earned some national recognition, being named to Pro Football Focus’ midseason All Rookie Team.

Biadasz has shown some promise during his rookie season, working nicely alongside both Connor Williams and Zack Martin. That will likely be the interior trio for Dallas going forward as well, though some fans have been looking to replace Williams seemingly every season.

When healthy next season this offensive line could be looking very strong, as they look to get back to their impressive ways of 2014-2016. And Biadasz will be the anchor in the middle of it all.
