Ron Leary spent his first five NFL seasons with the Cowboys, starting at guard when their offensive line was at their best back in 2014. Leary left in free agency to join the Denver Broncos in 2017, as the Cowboys expected La’el Collins to replace him at guard for the future.
The Cowboys are dealing with some severe offensive line troubles right now. Starting right tackle La’el Collins is on IR, Tyron Smith is a game-time decision for tomorrow’s battle with the Falcons, and even backup swing tackle Cameron Erving is hurt.
Ron Leary would be a welcomed addition to a Cowboys offensive line which needs depth right now.
