Cowboys season looks brighter as easier opponents approach

The Dallas Cowboy community has been looking forward to this season. After realizing that the Cowboys have one of the easiest schedules, many fans were hoping for a good record. After getting past the toughest games such as the Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati  Bengals early on, the Cowboys now have a much smoother season to look forward to. Let’s look at each game and determine if it’s an easy, or hard game for the Cowboys.

Indianapolis Colts:

The Colts are 4-6-1 on the year and after having a hard time finding a real head coach, the Colts are in trouble. At the moment, this team doesn’t know its own mascot’s name because it’s so disorganized (I don’t think anyone really does). Now, does this mean they are a bad team? Not exactly, they still have very good players, they just lack leadership.

For this team, the Cowboys just need to make sure they are ready to play. No need for too much alarm, but be careful.

Houston Texans:

For only the 6th time ever, the Cowboys will be playing the Houston Texans in the battle for the state. This team… Is really bad. There’s no light way to put it, there is almost no hope for the Texans. This game should be a breeze as long as our players stay healthy.

Jacksonville Jaguars:

This game may be a trap. While the Jags are still not a good team standing at a record of 3-7, this game will be played in Jacksonville. Quarterback Trevor Lawrence will be trying to get a signature win over a good team to close out their year. This game is still an easy opponent, but I think between the other two teams, this one will be the toughest.

Philadelphia Eagles:

Ok, I know I said the rest of the season looks hopeful, but that only applies to 5/6 of the remaining games. The Eagles will for sure be the toughest to play. On the bright side, the Cowboys will be playing in Dallas for this match-up. The Cowboys may be able to pull this one off as the Eagles have been declining lately, but this for sure will be the Game of the Week for NFL fans.

Tennessee Titans:

The Titans are not a solid team. Yes, they have a beast of a running back by the name of Derrick Henry, but overall the team just isn’t fully operational. The Cowboys’ offense needs to be ready to play for this one, for this could be a pretty high-scoring game. This is still an easy game to win, but the Cowboys must figure some things out, such as stopping Derrick and putting up some points.

Washington Commanders:

I would usually just chalk this game up to an easy victory for the boys, but not this time. The Commanders are looking sharper, and are now trying to find a spot to squeeze into the playoff race. This game could be dangerous as it’s the last game of the year. It could come down to this game in particular that decides if the Commanders get in or not.

However, the Commanders are still the Commanders, and they will find a way to choke. The Cowboys still must be careful though, for this game could result in a loss for them.

Overall, this is the easiest 6 games you’ll find right now in the NFL. The Cowboys should for sure go 4-2 during this span of games. Easy games left and right for the Cowboys, the only thing they have to do is stay healthy, and be ready for anything.
