Blake Jarwin had the best game of his career last Sunday in the Week 17 finale in New York. It not only helped to lift the Cowboys to victory, but it earned the tight end NFC Offensive Player of the Week.
Jarwin had seven catches for 119 yards and three touchdowns in the win over the Giants. It was the most receiving touchdowns by any player at any position last week, and the fourth-highest yardage as well.

It is the third Offensive Player of the Week award for the Cowboys this year. Amari Cooper won it twice in Weeks 12 and 14.
In total, Dallas players have hauled in six Player of the Week awards in 2018. Leighton Vander Esch won the Defensive award in Week 10, and Brett Maher won it on Special Teams in Weeks 4 and 16.
As for Blake Jarwin, Sunday’s big day smashed some of his previous career highs. He’d had a seven-catch game before, but the 119 yards more than doubled his previous high of 56 yards.
The three touchdowns were Jarwin’s first and only scores so far in his young career.
Best of all, the big day may have established some new chemistry between Blake and Dak Prescott headed into the playoffs.
Congratulations to Blake Jarwin on being the NFC Offensive Player of the Week!
