Week 12: Cowboys @ Patriots

The last time Dallas played the New England Patriots was in 2015 when Linebacker Rolando McClain and Defensive End Greg Hardy were arguably the Cowboys best defensive players. The Patriots handled the Cowboys pretty easily back then (30-6), but these are two entirely different teams now. Unfortunately, there are just way too many factors in this matchup that favors the Patriots.

Playing the Patriots on the road, in November, where the weather can be a huge factor doesn’t bode well for the Cowboys. Plus, this marks the second consecutive road game for Dallas. Then you throw in how good Bill Belichick is at taking away a teams best playmaker, and it’s hard to envision the Cowboys stealing away a road game victory from New England. That’s not to say Dallas can’t make this a close game and potentially come out on top, but I just think there are too many things working against them in this matchup.

Prediction: Patriots, 27-17
