Although Dallas has bigger needs on defense, this is a great value pick. Armstrong didn’t test very well, but his tape is more than enough to be confident about the talent they just got. With Lawrence as the indisputable LDE, one can wonder where they’ll play the Kansas product.

In college, he played from both sides and even saw some time rushing from a stand-up position. At the very least, the Cowboys found an important rotational defensive player.
Great pick by the front office, even though some needs need to be addressed ahead.
