Dallas Cowboys Love in Madden NFL 25 (Offense Edition)

The Dallas Cowboys roster is loaded with talent, as seen in the latest Madden NFL 25 ratings. Player ratings are not permanent and can change. This means the team has the potential for further improvement.

Dallas Cowboys fans understand the importance of Madden football ratings and often get passionate when their favorite player receives a low rating.

Cowboys and Madden NFL fans, let’s discuss the player ratings that shape the game and our teams.

Offensive Player Ratings

The Dallas Cowboys offense has some players, but it may not be as good as it has been in the past.

The Cowboys lost their starting running back, left tackle, and center. The drop-offs from these players to the “next-man-up” will be a large gap. However, the offense will still have superstars at the quarterback, wide receiver, and two offensive line positions.

Here’s the Madden NFL 25 offensive player ratings for the Dallas Cowboys:

Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Dak Prescott

Quarterbacks

Dak Prescott, the clear number one, is rated 90 overall. His backups’ ratings drop significantly, as Cooper Rush is rated 66 and Trey Lance is rated 65.

There is little confidence in the backups when it comes to Madden ratings, but fans know Cooper Rush can take over the offense in a pinch.

Trey Lance is still a work in progress and has shown signs in training camp that he’s not ready for prime time.

Dallas Cowboys Running Back Ezekiel Elliott

Running Backs

The Dallas Cowboys running backs room shows a lot of mediocrity in the ratings. Ezekiel Elliott, who should begin the season as the starter, is rated a 79 overall.

Rico Dowdle, the second-ranked back, has a 73 overall rating. This rating should rise as the season progresses and Rico becomes the number one.

The journeyman Royce Freeman has an overall score of 72, and Deuce Vaughn follows closely behind with a score of 70.

The running backs could see the most movement in ratings as the season moves along, and a clearer picture of who is getting snaps emerges.

Dallas Cowboys Wide Receiver CeeDee Lamb

Wide Receivers

The wide receiver room, where many questions arise about who will step up behind CeeDee Lamb, comes to mind.

The Madden ratings show a clear lead dog in CeeDee Lamb, who is rated 96 overall.

Lamb is the third-highest-rated wide receiver in Madden NFL 25, behind Tyrek Hill and Justin Jefferson.

Following CeeDee Lamb in the Cowboys receiver room is Brandin Cooks at 82 overall. Cooks should have a better year in his second full season in the offense.

Jalen Tolbert is 74 overall, KaVontae Turpin is 72, and Ryan Flournoy is 67, rounding out the wide receiver group.

The rookies have not been rated at the time of writing.

Dallas Cowboys Tight End Jake Ferguson

Tight Ends

Jake Ferguson, who is 79 overall, will lead the Dallas Cowboys’ tight ends in ratings. This rating will assuredly increase as Ferguson cements himself as one of the best tight ends in the league.

Luke Schoonmaker, at 68 overall, and Peyton Hendershot, at 67, are the next tight ends on the depth chart.

No other tight ends are rated right now, but we will see a new name on this list as the season gets closer.

Right Guard Zack Martin

Offensive Line

The offensive line has one of the greatest players in NFL history at right guard and a budding star at left guard. Beyond those positions, the Cowboys offensive line will be something to watch.

The left tackle position is still being sorted out in training camp, but Chuma Edoga, rated at 70 overall, will battle with unrated rookie Tyler Guyton for the spot.

Tyler Smith, rated at 86, will be the Cowboys’ left guard. He will be backed up by Asim Richards, who is a 66 overall.

The center position is another spot where a battle will be had, and a starting position will not be named until closer to the season.

Either Brock Hoffman, who is a 60 overall, or rookie Cooper Beebe, who is not rated, will be named the starting center.

Right guard is a position held by future Hall of Famer Zack Martin. His 98 overall rating reflects the respect he is due. His backup, TJ Bass, should not see the field, but if he does, he comes in at 64 overall.

Terence Steele, rated 74 overall, will fill the right tackle spot. Matt Waletzko, rated 64, should be the backup.

The offensive line could see more movement than any other position as the season ends. There are so many positions that need to be hammered out.

The Dallas Cowboys offense is sitting good in Madden 25. Gamers and Dallas Cowboys fans will enjoy playing with this team and should rack up plenty of wins.
