Smith hasn’t played in a game since 2015 after he was issued a one-year suspension by the league for a hit-and-run incident. The Cowboys signed Smith to a one-year deal on April 1st. Now, he will be allowed to participate in the Cowboys virtual offseason program beginning next week. More details to come.
