Super Bowl LVI Betting Odds for the Dallas Cowboys

It isn’t long after the last piece of confetti falls or the final bottle of champagne is popped before betting sites begin looking ahead to the next season. Now with the 2020 season in the rearview, everyone but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers begin the arduous task of retooling their rosters with the hopes of standing alone on the mountain at the end of 2021.

As things stand now, the Dallas Cowboys look to be a long way off from reaching the pinnacle of the NFL yet again. After a 25 year Super Bowl drought, the oddsmakers still aren’t too keen on the Dallas Cowboys’ chances of ending that drought.

The Kansas City Chiefs come in with the best odds to win Super Bowl LVI coming off a disappointing performance in last nights championship game.

Draft Kings lay the Chiefs odds to win the Super Bowl at +550. The Green Bay Packers and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers follow at +900.

Draft Kings has the Dallas Cowboys coming in with the 15th best odds to win the Super Bowl at +3000. Bovada also has the Cowboys with the 15th best odds to win the Super Bowl next year, but are currently giving America’s Team odds at +3300.

Across nine sites compiled by The Action Network, the Dallas Cowboys come in with consensus odds to win the Super Bowl at +2800. Their best odds are at +2500 provided by Points Bet. Outside of The Action Network’s consensus odds, BetOnline.ag gives the Cowboys +2000 odds to win the Super Bowl next February.

Though the Cowboys have the highest odds of any NFC East to win the Super Bowl, the gambling world is pretty meh on their chances at ending the championship-less streak in 2022. They’ve got a ton of work to do this offseason to improve a defense that was one of the worst in the NFL in 2020, if not in the history of the NFL.

Much of the Cowboys’ chances hinge on improving that unit to a top half of the league group defensively and getting Dak Prescott back on the field with his offense that was putting up a lot of yards and points.

These odds could very well change over the next few months, specifically if the Cowboys and Dak Prescott agree to a long-term contract.

They may be a long-shot to win the Super Bowl next year, but that might be where you want to lay your money to have a better shot at a big-time payout.

What the odds mean. Lay a $100 bet and you win $3,000.
