Oh yeah, it’s offseason hype video time. And if you weren’t excited for the return of defensive lineman Tyrone Crawford before, this video might change that.
Or…not. But hey, it’s a cool video. And Crawford is an important piece to this Dallas defense.

Tyrone Crawford missed all but four games of the 2019 season due to injury, and despite often being called out for his contract value Crawford remains one of the more underrated members of the team.
His leadership speaks for itself, but his ability to fit multiple roles across the defensive line and do them rather well is incredibly valuable. Crawford will never post the eye-popping stats which fans love to see, but he’s a consistent force on the line who can help stabilize the Cowboys run defense in 2020. This season is his last under the contract he signed back in 2015, and he’ll be needed at full force given the question marks across the Cowboys defensive line.
His most recent Twitter video was titled “RE-Creating a Monster,” and for the Cowboys sake, I hope his offseason training helps him remain healthy during the 2020 season.
