As we sit one hour away from the Dallas Cowboys (10-3) taking on the Jacksonville Jaguars (5-8), there are a few things to know about this AFC South-NFC East matchup.
- The Cowboys will have almost everyone available to battle Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars (besides the obvious season-ending injuries to certain players).
- Tyron Smith is back.
3. Newly-signed wideout T.Y Hilton is inactive.
4. The Jaguars are missing their most-talented rookie defender, Trayvon Walker.
Besides those things, fans should expect an electric game between the two. And because of that, I’m confident this game will be one of the most underrated games in the early NFL matchups.
Check out who’s in and out in this matchup and who got the inactive designation from both sides.
Dallas Cowboys
As mentioned above, the Cowboys will have almost everyone healthy when they take the field. However, one rookie who’s made an underrated impact this season will be out.
According to Dallas Cowboys reporter Michael Gehlken, TE Jake Ferguson is out with a concussion. Ferguson suffered the injury in the second quarter last week against the Texans. With his absence, the Boys will only carry three tight ends this week.
Besides Ferguson, here are the inactive players that the Cowboys have:

Jacksonville Jaguars
Shifting to the Jaguars, as mentioned above, the most notable name they have out is Walker. This will be the first game he misses in his young career, as the Jaguars will surely miss the freakish athleticism and pass-rushing the rookie has provided them this year.
Despite Walker, the Jaguars will have all of their starters in — which is a good sign as they had multiple players on the injury report this week, with QB Trevor Lawerence among them.

It’s always exciting to see two teams at full strength battling each other, so expect not only an electric game — but a score that’s closer than people think, as most fans are projecting complete domination on the Cowboys side.
However, my advice is to prepare yourself to watch until the end.
